Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Obsessive Auto Detailing LLC, you agree to the following terms: Pricing All prices are starting prices based on average vehicle size and condition. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, contamination level, pet hair, stains, mud or additional labor required. Any price adjustments will be communicated whenever possible before additional work is preformed. Payment & Deposits Deposits may be required to secure appointments and are applied towards the final service total. Remaining balances are due upon completion of service. Vehicle Condition Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle. Vehicles that are excessively dirty or differ significantly from booking details may require adjusted pricing or extended service time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Late Cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit loss or rescheduling fees. Weather or safety conditions may require appointment adjustments. Personal Items Please remove valuables and personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for item's left inside the vehicle. Pre-Existing Conditions We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear or weakened materials including scratches, trim issues, or prior defects. Service Results Results may vary depending on vehicle condition. Paint correction and ceramic coating improve appearance and protection but do not guarantee permanent perfection or prevention of future damaged. Service Refusal We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions or situations that prevent proper completion of work.
